Unable to connect your Wyze Headphones to a Windows 10 computer.
Troubleshooting tips
- Make sure your computer meets adaptation requirements (Windows 10+).
- Be sure to connect to "Wyze Headphones" in the Bluetooth list on your computer.
- Power-cycle your Wyze Headphones and try again.
- Single press the round Power button on the right ear cup.
- If using Zoom or similar meeting software on a PC, select Wyze Headphones as both the microphone and speaker in the software settings.
