Wyze Headphones won't connect to Windows 10 via Bluetooth.


Unable to connect your Wyze Headphones to a Windows 10 computer. 

Troubleshooting tips

  1. Make sure your computer meets adaptation requirements (Windows 10+). 
  2. Be sure to connect to "Wyze Headphones" in the Bluetooth list on your computer.
  3. Power-cycle your Wyze Headphones and try again.
    • Single press the round Power button on the right ear cup.
  4. If using Zoom or similar meeting software on a PC, select Wyze Headphones as both the microphone and speaker in the software settings.
