Problem
Your Wyze Headphones are completely charged, but won't turn on once you've unplugged them from power.
Troubleshooting
- Confirm that your headphones are unplugged from power.
- Wyze Headphones will not turn on if actively charging.
- Try to turn on the headphones again.
- Single-press the Power button on the right ear cup.
- Reset your Wyze Headphones.
- Press and hold the ANC button on the left ear cup for 7 seconds.
- Try to turn on the headphones again.
