Problem
The headphones do not charge when plugged into power with the included charging cable.
Troubleshooting

Check that your Wyze app is up to date.

In the app, tap Accounts > About.

The app version will be listed beneath the Wyze logo.

You can compare your app version to the most up-to-date version listed on our Release Notes and Firmware Page.

Check that your Wyze Headphone’s firmware is up to date.

You can check this by going to Accounts > About..

If there is an update available for the headphones, please move forward with updating them.

Make sure there is nothing blocking the charging port such as dirt or dust.

Make sure you are using the USB-C cable that was included with the headphones and that it is securely connected.

Try charging Wyze Headphones with an alternate power source or power cable.
