Voice quality is poor when using Zoom on PC

This is a known bug.

Poor voice quality is a known bug with Zoom that occurs with many brands of headphones, including Wyze Headphones. If you notice audio quality issues with other apps, please:
  1. Confirm you are using Windows 10+ or Mac OS X+.
  2. Check your computer's Bluetooth settings to make you're connected to Wyze Headphones.
  3. Select Wyze Headphones as the output microphone instead of the computer's built-in microphone.
