Problem
You have Auto-Pause selected in your headphones Settings, but it doesn't auto-pause your content as expected. You remove your headphones, but the content continues playing instead of pausing.
Troubleshooting Steps
- Update to the latest Wyze Headphones firmware.
- Double-check that you have Auto Pause enabled:
- In the Wyze app, tap Wyze Headphones > Settings gear. Next to Auto Pause, tap the toggle ON.
- Power cycle your headphones:
- In the Wyze app, open your Wyze Headphones then swipe to turn on Private - High noise cancellation.
- Turn off your headphones, then swipe to close the Wyze app.
- Single press the round Power button on the right ear cup.
- Keep the headphones near your phone and wait about 10 minutes.
- Turn on your headphones.
- Single press the round Power button on the right ear cup.
- In the Wyze app, tap Wyze Headphones again.
- Play some content, and test Auto-Pause again. It should be behaving as expected.
