Audio quality is poor when I make a phone call.


When I make a call, people on the other end can't hear me well / clearly.


  1. Try again with different audio content, like music.
    • If you can hear music playing loud and clear, your headphones should be working fine.
  2. Check for firmware updates. 
    • We may have already fixed this issue in a recent firmware update. Make sure you're up to date!
