My charged headphones aren't turning on after removing from charger.

Problem

Your Wyze Headphones are completely charged, but won't turn on once you've unplugged them from power.

Troubleshooting Tips

1. Confirm that your headphones are unplugged from power.
   1. Wyze Headphones will not turn on if actively charging.
2. Try to turn on the headphones again.
   • Single-press the Power button on the right ear cup. 
3. Reset your Wyze Headphones.
   1. Press and hold the ANC button on the left ear cup for 7 seconds. 
   2. Try to turn on the headphones again.
