Problem
You're unable to connect a sensor or keypad to your Wyze Sense Hub, which is already connected. The pairing step fails.

If your hub is connected but the sensor or keypad is not connecting, it could be due to a weak signal or an issue with entering pairing mode.

- If you can, relocate your sensor or keypad so that it's closer to the hub. Or, move your hub to a more central location so that it's closer to the sensor or keypad.
- Make sure your sensor or keypad is in pairing mode.
- To pair your devices to Wyze Sense Hub, press and hold the reset button on each device for ~3 seconds. to enter pairing mode.
- For entry and motion sensors, the red LED light will flash 3 times when it's in pairing mode.
