I can't switch monitoring modes in the app.

Problem

In the Wyze app, you cannot change between Home, Away, and Disarmed modes on the Monitoring screen. You tap and nothing happens. 

Troubleshooting

  1. Check if Wyze Sense Hub is online in the app.
    1. From the Home tab of the Wyze app, tap Devices. If your device is offline, you should see “offline” in red under the device. If there isn't, you're online.
    2. If Wyze Sense Hub is offline, but other Wyze devices are online, check out: My Wyze Sense Hub is showing offline to get your hub online, then try again.
  2. Check for a firmware update for Wyze Sense Hub.
    1. In the Wyze app, tap on your Wyze Sense Hub > settings gear > Device Info > Firmware Version to check for an update.
    2. If you update, restart the app and try to switch modes again.
  3. Factory reset Wyze Sense Hub.
    1. In the Wyze app, tap on your hub, then the settings gear > Delete Device.
    2. Single-press the reset button on the back of the hub.
    3. In the Wyze app, tap Home > plus sign + on the top right.

    4. On the Add menu, tap Device > Sensors > Wyze Sense Hub.

    5. Set up your hub again.

If you continue to have issues, please submit a log. In the Wyze app, tap on your Wyze Sense Hub > Settings gear > Wyze Support > Submit a Log
