To factory reset Wyze Bulb Cam:
- Remove any microSD card inserted into the camera.
- With the camera powered on, press and hold the setup button on the bottom of the camera for 10 seconds until the status light on the front of the camera turns solid red.
- Once the status light starts flashing red, set up Wyze Bulb Cam like new in the Wyze app.
Note: Please note that once Wyze Bulb Cam is factory reset, any linked Wyze Accessory Bulbs will lose connection and automatically reset within 5-6 minutes, then will need to be set up like new as well. There is no way to manually reset Wyze Accessory Bulb on its own.
