Problem
Your Wyze Palm Lock will not manually unlock using the included physical keys.
Troubleshooting
- Ensure the key being used is one of the keys that came with Wyze Palm Lock.
- Verify that the key is completely in the tumbler of the lock before attempting to turn it.
- Try opening the door using an alternate method (app, palm, code, etc.).
- If able to open the door using an alternate method, recalibrate the lock.
- In the lock’s settings, tap Calibration.
- Follow the in-app steps to recalibrate the lock.
- Be sure to proceed between steps only as directed by the lock’s voice prompts.
