The physical key isn't working for my Wyze Palm Lock.

Problem

Your Wyze Palm Lock will not manually unlock using the included physical keys. 

Troubleshooting

  1. Ensure the key being used is one of the keys that came with Wyze Palm Lock.
  2. Verify that the key is completely in the tumbler of the lock before attempting to turn it.
  3. Try opening the door using an alternate method (app, palm, code, etc.).
  4. If able to open the door using an alternate method, recalibrate the lock.
    1. In the lock’s settings, tap Calibration.
    2. Follow the in-app steps to recalibrate the lock.
