My Wyze Gun Safe’s internal lights are not working.


The interior lights do not turn on when opening Wyze Gun Safe.


  1. Verify that the internal lights setting is turned on via the app.
    • In the Wyze app, select your Wyze Gun Safe > Settings > Light Settings > Interior Light should be enabled.
  2. Power cycle Wyze Gun Safe by removing the batteries for 5 seconds and then reinserting the batteries.
  3. Factory reset Wyze Gun Safe.
    • To factory reset, open Wyze Gun Safe, press the pairing button for about 3 seconds until you hear a beep, and attempt setup again.
  4. Replace the batteries with new ones.
    • Wyze Gun Safe uses 4x AA alkaline batteries.
