For most Wyze products, set up your device again in the Wyze app.
Your Wi-Fi details are sent while setting up your Wyze device. If you update your Wi-Fi network details (different Wi-Fi name and password) you must set up your Wyze devices again with your new Wi-Fi details. If your Wyze device is offline after getting a new ISP or router, this article's for you.
Before updating your Wi-Fi details:
- New router? Use the same SSID and password for easy setup.
- Dual-band router? Connect to your 2.4 GHz network, not 5 GHz.
- MicroSD Card? Remove the microSD card before setting up your devices again.
- Do not delete your device before setting up again.
- Can't connect? Try moving your device closer to the router, or forget your Wi-Fi network and try again.
To update your Wi-Fi details for your Wyze Cam:*
- Important: If you have a microSD card installed, eject it before proceeding.*
- In the Wyze app, tap Home, then tap the plus sign + on the top right.
- On the Add menu, tap Device > Cameras.
- Tap on your camera version.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to set up your camera again.
This process applies to Wyze Cam v4, v3*, v3 Pro*, v2 and v1, Wyze Cam Pan v1/v2/v3*/v4*, Wyze Duo Cam Pan, and Wyze Cam OG and Telephoto, Wyze Window Cam, Wyze Battery Cam Pro, Wyze Bulb Cam, Wyze Video Doorbell v1/Pro/v2, Wyze Duo Cam Doorbell, Wyze Cam Floodlight v1/v2 and Wyze Cam Floodlight Pro, and Wyze Solar Cam Pan.
To update your Wi-Fi on other Wyze Cam devices:

Wyze Cam v3 (Wyze app version 3.11+ required)
- Important: If you have a microSD card installed, eject it before proceeding.
- In the Wyze app, tap on your Wyze Cam v3.
- Tap on the settings gear on the top right.
- Tap Device Info.
- Next to Network, tap Change*.
- Enter your new Wi-Fi network name and password.
- Tap Connect.
*You must be connected to Wi-Fi to use the Change network button. If you are already offline, single-press the SETUP button on the camera and set up your device again to connect to your new network.

Wyze Cam v3 Pro (Wyze app version 3.14+ required)
- Important: If you have a microSD card installed, eject it before proceeding.
- In the Wyze app, tap on your Wyze Cam v3 Pro.
- Tap on the settings gear on the top right.
- Tap Device Info.
- Next to Network, tap Change*.
- Enter your new Wi-Fi network name and password.
- Tap Connect.
*You must be connected to Wi-Fi to use the Change network button. If you are already offline, single-press the SETUP button on the camera and set up your device again to connect to your new network.

Wyze Cam Pan v4 (Wyze app version 3.12+ required)
- Important: If you have a microSD card installed, eject it before proceeding.
- In the Wyze app, tap on your Wyze Cam Pan v4.
- Tap on the settings gear on the top right.
- Tap Device Info.
- Next to Network, tap Change*.
- Enter your new Wi-Fi network name and password.
- Tap Connect.
*You must be connected to Wi-Fi to use the Change network button. If you are already offline, single-press the SETUP button on the camera and set up your device again to connect to your new network.

Wyze Cam Pan v3 (Wyze app version 3.11+ required)
- Important: If you have a microSD card installed, eject it before proceeding.
- In the Wyze app, tap on your Wyze Cam Pan v3.
- Tap on the settings gear on the top right.
- Tap Device Info.
- Next to Network, tap Change*.
- Enter your new Wi-Fi network name and password.
- Tap Connect.
*You must be connected to Wi-Fi to use the Change network button. If you are already offline, single-press the SETUP button on the camera and set up your device again to connect to your new network.
- Wyze Cam Outdoor v1/v2
- Important: If you have a microSD card installed, eject it before proceeding.
- Delete the outdoor camera from the Wyze app.
- Tap to open the camera, then the Settings gear. Then tap Delete Device.
- Follow the steps above to set up your camera again.
- Wyze Base Station
- In the Wyze app, tap on your Wyze Base Station.
- Tap on the settings gear on the top right.
- Tap Device Info > Wi-Fi Network.
- Follow the on-screen steps to finish the setup using your new Wi-Fi info or by following the steps in our Wyze Base Station Setup Guide.
- Wyze Video Doorbell v1
- With the doorbell connected to power, press the Reset button on the back of the device.
- Set up your doorbell with your new Wi-Fi details using the Wyze Video Doorbell Setup Guide.
- Wyze Video Doorbell Pro
- Press and hold the button on the side of Wyze Chime Pro for 3-5 seconds until it says "reset successfully".
- The Wi-Fi signal LED will start flashing red > solid yellow > flashing yellow.
- The device is now ready to be set up again like new using the new Wi-Fi info by following the steps in our Wyze Video Doorbell Pro Setup Guide.
To update your Wi-Fi details for your Connected Home products:
- Wyze Lock Bolt v2 (Wyze app version 3.11+ required)
- In the Wyze app, tap on your Wyze Lock Bolt v2.
- Tap on the settings gear on the top right.
- Tap Device Info.
- Next to Network, tap Change.
- Enter your new Wi-Fi network name and password.
- Tap Connect.
- Wyze Palm Lock (Wyze app version 3.11+ required)
- In the Wyze app, tap on your Wyze Palm Lock.
- Tap on the settings gear on the top right.
- Tap Device Info.
- Next to Network, tap Change.
- Enter your new Wi-Fi network name and password.
- Tap Connect.
- Wyze Thermostat
- Reset the thermostat by pressing and holding the control wheel for 10 seconds.
- Set up your thermostat with your new Wi-Fi details using the Wyze Thermostat Setup Guide.

Wyze Air Purifier
- Press and hold the Auto Mode and Fan Speed buttons until the Wi-Fi icon starts to flash.
- Set up the air purifier like new using the new Wi-Fi info by following the steps in our Wyze Air Purifier Setup Guide.

Wyze Lock Gateway
- In the Wyze app, tap on your Wyze Lock Gateway. Tap Settings > Update WiFi Network.
- Follow the on-screen steps to update your Wi-Fi network by following the steps in How to change the Wi-Fi details on your Wyze Lock Gateway.

Wyze Sense Hub and Wyze Sense v2
- Reset your Wyze Sense Hub by single-pressing the reset button on the back of the hub.
- Set up the devices like new using the new Wi-Fi info by following the steps in our Wyze Home Monitoring Setup Guide.

Wyze Sense v1
- Walk through setting up your sensors like new using the new Wi-Fi info by following the steps in our Wyze Sense Setup Guide.

Wyze Sprinkler Controller
- Press and hold the Reset button on the back of the controller for 10 seconds until the lights start flashing yellow.
- Set up Wyze Sprinkler Controller like new using the new Wi-Fi info by following the steps in our Wyze Sprinkler Installation Guide.

Wyze Robot Vacuum

Press and hold the home button for 5 seconds.
- You should hear a “factory reset will begin” voice prompt.

Release and hold the home button again for 5 seconds.
- You should then hear a “factory reset was successful” voice prompt.

To update your Wi-Fi details for your Power & Lighting products:

Wyze Bulb v1/v2 and Wyze Bulb Color/BR30
- Turn on/off the light switch associated with the bulb 3 times.
- Wait for your Wyze Bulb to start pulsing slowly.

Once the bulb starts pulsing, you can set up the device like new with the new Wi-Fi information.
- In the Wyze app, tap Home, then tap the plus sign + on the top right.
- On the Add menu, tap Device > Power & Lighting.
- Tap on your bulb type.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to set up your bulb again using the new Wi-Fi info.

Wyze Floor Lamp
- Toggle the power switch on the cord 5 times.
- Once the light begins flashing, set up your lamp like new using the new Wi-Fi info by following the steps in our Wyze Floor Lamp Setup Guide.

Wyze Light Strip and Wyze Light Strip Pro
- Press and hold the side button on the controller for 7+ seconds until the strip starts pulsing.
- Once the lights begin flashing, set up your strips like new using the new Wi-Fi info by following the steps in our Wyze Light Strip (and Pro) Setup Guide.

Wyze Plug v1/v2
- Press and hold the on/off button on the side of the plug until the status light begins to flash blue.
- Once the status light begins to flash blue, set up your plug like new using the new Wi-Fi info by following the steps in our Wyze Plug Setup Guide.

Wyze Plug Outdoor
- Press and hold one of the power buttons for 10 seconds.
- Once the status lights begin flashing, set up your plug like new using the new Wi-Fi info by following the steps in our Wyze Plug Outdoor Setup Guide.

Wyze Switch
- Press and hold the switch button for 20 seconds.
- When the LED status begins to blink quickly, release the button.
- Once the status light blinks slowly, set up your switch like new using the new Wi-Fi info by following the steps in our Wyze Switch Setup Guide.
To update your Wi-Fi details for your Lifestyle products:

Wyze Gun Safe
- Open the Wyze Gun Safe, and press the pairing button for about 3 seconds.
- Once you hear a beep, set up the safe like new using the new Wi-Fi info by following the steps in our Wyze Gun Safe Setup Guide.
Additional Notes:
- The steps in this article should be followed whenever you change your Wi-Fi network name, password, or any other details on your Wi-Fi network.
- You must be physically near to your devices to reconnect them to your network.
- For Wyze Cams (not including Wyze Cam Outdoor), you do not need to delete the camera from the Wyze app. Repeating the setup process will override the previous Wi-Fi setup. Other camera settings will be retained.
- For Wyze Cam v3, Wyze Cam v3 Pro, Wyze Cam Pan v3 and Wyze Cam Pan v4, if your camera is already offline and you've set up a new network already, the Change button will no longer be available. You must press the SETUP button on your device and set it up again to connect to your new network.
- Don't see your device listed here? Then it doesn't connect to Wi-Fi and won't be affected if you change your Wi-Fi network details. Examples: Wyze Headphones, Wyze Lock Bolt v1, Wyze Scale S.
